Max Chef to Farm pays homage to the fresh fruits of the sea at Rosedale Farms for our Sustainable Seafood Dinner Event.
Join us on June 22nd as Chef Hunter Morton, Culinary Director for the Max Hospitality, translates the fisherman's harvest into a feast inspired by the tastes of the ocean.
Chef Morton, who has cooked from coast to coast, will draw inspiration from both the local CT shore and beyond. Enjoy a multitude of small plates along with live music.
A menu will be added once we know what is available from our farmers and purveyors. Please note, the menu is subject to change.
